
After being released by
Arsenal F.C.’s youth program, Phil went on
to major in Sports administration / Sports
Science at the University of Surrey, where
he was an ever present player, team captain
and eventually lead the team to a national
championship. During this period he also
represented the English Universities in
soccer. After graduation, Phil was employed
as a Soccer Development Officer for Charlton
Athletic FC in the English Premier League.
During his 19 year career he has held a
variety of positions within organizations
from grass roots to the elite level both in
Europe and America.
